Suburb Profile - Everton Park

Welcome to Everton Park, just 10km from the CBD. Everton Plaza with its new Market Place is one of my family’s favourite places to go as it has a very wide variety of exceptionally good eatery’s. The area has experienced a tremendous amount of growth, but still hasn’t lost its family feel with all the parks and recreational areas. The beautifully renovated homes mixed with the large post war homes on large blocks add value as we know land is very precious these days. Being close to Brookside in Mitchelton, and the new retail shopping areas have definitely demonstrated its growth in local development. With beautiful parks and walkways, this suburb is perfect. The highly sought-after Northside Christian College, Everton Park State primary and high school all have excellent reputations. With North West Private Hospital and North West Plaza, you have all necessary amenities close by. Even getting into the city is a breeze with the closest train station being 3kms away.
